What sets me apart from my competitors is that I make my recommendations to you, be they verbal or written, in 'plain English'. The process begins by listening to your business aspirations/ frustrations, understanding your market place and only then taking action on your behalf.This involves spending some time with you, typically a half or full day as required, to identify your aims, needs, aspirations and the current business issues and challenges being faced. For this I charge a flat fee which is then offset against subsequent invoicing for further work commissioned.
